Calling for the records relating to the orders dated Nil published by the 1st respondent's web site pursuant to the representations made by the representatives of the villages namely Mr.Kanniyappan and Mr.Abdul Sarthar dated 13.7.2015 to the 1st respondent in person in receipt No.GK/15/ 10396 and GG/15/ 10389 dated 13.7.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue an Order of Allotment in respect of proposed house sites to the petitioners situated in any one of the villages among 1) Pappanthangal 2) Edamalai 3) Veeranamoor 4) Pulivanthi 5) Sorathur 6) Keezhvailamoor and 7) Uranithangal Patta and the funds under Indira Avas Yojana (IAY) to putup houses and toilets as mentioned by the first respondent in its counter dated 27.03.2015 made in WP.No.5439/15 on the file of this Court, and not to evict the Petitioners till the completion of entire process.

O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) There is no dispute in view of the stand of the respondents that pattas to the eligible persons will be issued. In fact, learned Government Pleader states that pattas have been issued to 95 persons, but the petitioners have not come forward to obtain the pattas which are ready to be issued.
2. The petitioners to approach the respondents for issuance of pattas.
3. We make it clear that we are not acceding to the petitioners claim to occupy the existing site for the time being, but on the other hand, the respondents must ensure that the debris lying in the site is completely removed.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
