It is brought to the notice of this Court that a requisition has been made by the respondent before the concerned Judicial Magistrate seeking to cancel the bail for violation of terms and conditions of the bail granted by this Court.

2. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the application, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed and the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the application filed by the respondent Police.

The petitioner herein is also granted liberty to make objections if any before the learned Magistrate. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate shall pass orders on merits in the application.
