Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order dated 07.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11587 of 2021 that (b) the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram District for the rehabilitation and improvement of the basic needs of the Government Schools in the said District under necessary acknowledgement, without prejudice to his defence before the trial court and submit the proof of payment of the said amount before the aforesaid learned judicial Magistrate, Who after perusing the Challan receipt acknowledgment shall accept the sureties furnished by the Petitioner.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MUNUSAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition 5 (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11587 of 2021 on 07.07.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11587 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram District for the rehabilitation and improvement of the basic needs of the Government schools within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 23/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
