Basing reliance upon the Sale Deed followed by a Settlement Deed, the petitioner made an application for patta with respect to the property situated in Survey No.191/11, Ayapakkam Village and Post, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
