Seeking cancellation of patta, the petitioner made two representations on 30.12.2014 & 28.02.2015. In the said representations the petitioner has stated that the patta originally stood in the name of the petitioner's father and after his death, the same will have to cancelled and given in this name. It is also stated that the petitioner has got the property pursuant to the Partition Deed. Seeking early disposal of the pending representations, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations of the petitioner dated 30.12.2014 & 28.02.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
