O R D E R

This revision challenges the interim order of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur, passed in I.A.No.21 of 2016 in O.S. No.15 of 2016 on 12.01.2016.

2. O.S.No.15 of 2016 on the file of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur, has been preferred by respondents 1 and 2/minors represented by their mother, natural guardian, seeking partition. They moved I.A.No.21 of 2016 seeking temporary injunction. The Court below, under orders dated 12.01.2016, granted interim injunction. There against, petitioner/fourth defendant has filed this revision.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

4. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings reveals much delay in passing final orders in I.A.No.21 of 2016. This Court is of the view that interests of justice would be met by disposing of this revision with a direction to the Court below to dispose I.A.No.21 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.08.2016 Note to office:
