This Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 04.12.2017 made in the unnumbered Criminal Miscellaneous Petition of 2017 in Sessions Case No.78 of 2016 on the file of the Principle Sessions Judge Namakkal (Special Court Constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The queries raised by the registry of the learned Principle Sessions Court, Namakkal [Special Court Constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989] can be a point for deliberation, at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the time of arguments and the present petition ought not have to be returned without numbering. Hence, the reason for return of papers on 04.12.2017 is set aside and the registry of the learned Principle Sessions Court, Namakkal [Special Court Constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989] is directed to take the petition in unnumbered Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in S.C.No.78 of 2016 filed on 29.11.2017 by the petitioner herein on file and dispose of the same on its own merits. 4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
