This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.

6(b) of the order dated 16.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 13452 of 2021 by permitting the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited to the credit of PM Kisan Admin Opted by District Collector A/c.No.

6725911484.

2. After hearing both sides, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid deposited amount of Rs.2,00,000/- by making necessary undertaking affidavit.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
