This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8896 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14710 of 2020 on 08.09.2021 to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
