Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2018 made in A.S No.120 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Court, Salem reversing the judgment and decree dated 24.07.2012 made in O.S No.1109 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Salem pending disposal of the above second appeal.

ORDER

In this miscellaneous petition, an order of Interim stay was granted on 30.08.2018 with condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of O.S No.1109/2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Salem. As per the order of this Court, Rs.1,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now.
