This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 11.04.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.1713 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 and the same was closed.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her. No costs.
