This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7476 of in Crl.O.P.No.5811 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case which is under invesigation and that he is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 5.30 p.m., for another period of three months.
