The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.4 on 03.09.2015 to remove the entry made as if the lands situated in Survey No.629/16, Veerapandi Village, Tirupur South Circle belongs to the PAP Project, Public Works Department. It is the case of the petitioner that the entry is wrong as there is no official proceedings. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
