PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari filed mandamus, to call for the records made in Memo dated Nil passed by the Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner party for the conduct of the agitation at Perambalur old Bus stand near by Gandhi Statue.

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the rejection order passed by the respondent with reference to the application submitted by the petitioner, seeking permission to conduct the demonstration.

2. The cause aroused for the purpose of seeking such a relief lost its relevance on the account of efflux of time. Thus, no relief needs to be granted and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
