ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b) and 408 of IPC in Crime No.624 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a Electrical Wire manufacturing company at Pothiyampalayam. Arasur and in order to purchase the machines, the petitioner and other accused persons, who are working in the said company in different capacity had misappropriated cash to the tune of Rs.69,00,000/- . Based on the complaint made by the defacto complainant, the law enforcing agency registered the case against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the imaginary amount has been given in the complaint. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that so far Rs,1,20,000/- has been recovered and the major amount not yet recovered. He further submits that the petitioner's earlier bail application before this court in Crl.OP.No.11579 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 was dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Considering the submissions on either side and the fact that the major amount has not been recovered and that huge amount is involved in the present case and that after the dismissal of the earlier application, there is no change in circumstances , this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
