A. No.2103 of 2025 and Arb. O.P. DR. No.58593 of 2025 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed, seeking to dispense with the production of the original award dated 22.01.2025. According to the applicant, the original award has not been served on the applicant by the arbitrator. The applicant also states that despite a request having been made to the arbitrator to serve the original award, the arbitrator has refused to send the original award to the applicant.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the respondent to raise all objections with regard to the limitation when the main O.P. is taken up for disposal.

3. Registry is directed to number the O.P., if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
