The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.2 on 28.03.2015 stating that pursuant to the death of his father, he has been in possession and enjoyment of 0.10 cents in Survey No.545/5 in Attur 70/A, Mullaivadi Village. It has been further stated that by mistake the name of the respondent no.3 has been included. Seeking early disposal of the pending representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
