ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

All Women Police Station, Mannarkudi, Thiruvarur District, a case in Crime No.11 of 2014 was registered and later on, it was referred as a mistake of fact and referred charge sheet was also filed. Thereafter, wife of the petitioner made a complaint before the All Women Police Station, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District and that was enquired into and was also closed on 12.02.2015 and there is no All Women Police Station at Muthupet. As the petitioner's wife is giving complaint before the various Police Stations and in connection with that, the petitioner's wife is called for enquiry and there is no harrassment.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
