O R D E R
The criminal revision is filed against the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram in CMP.No.2509 of 2013 dated 19.04.2013.
2. The respondent filed petition before the trial Court to return the passport surrendered before the jurisdiction Magistrate at the time when she obtained an Anticipatory bail. The trial Court after hearing both sides allowed the petition by imposing certain conditions. As against the said order, the State has preferred the said revision before this Court.
3. When the revision is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that after filing of the revision, the main case itself is disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that as against the said order, the State has preferred SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and obtained an order of stay.
5. Considering the submissions made on either side, as on date no case is pending before the Trial Court, since the main case itself is disposed of, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
6. In the result, the criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
