This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28344 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.305 of 2024. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28344 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
