ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present writ petition has been instituted challenging the order of suspension dated 30.03.2026.

2. Petitioner is holding the post of Head Clerk at Chief Judicial Magistrate Court at Tirupur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that regarding the allegation of insubordination, charge memo has already been issued vide proceedings dated 17.04.2026. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. Even as per the written instruction given by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur, charge memo has already been already issued to the delinquent officer. Petitioner has already submitted her explanation to the charge memo.

4. In view of the said factum, respondents are directed to proceed with the departmental disciplinary proceedings by following the procedure as contemplated under the Discipline and Appeal Rules and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
