This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 11.01.2020 and to issue a patta in favour of petitioner name in respect of the property situated to an extent of 3282 sq.ft in No.39, 5th Street, Kamaraj Nagar, comprised same in survey No.1/1, situated at Plot No.305, Paleripattu Village, Avadi Taluk and Thiruvallur District and disposed the same within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 11.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta.

2. Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for an enquiry on 19.10.2020 at 4.00 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

p.m., and the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
