"Part II Price Bid will be opened provided if they satisfy the standard criteria laid down by the T.N.C.S.C in Part I Cover", in as much as it does not specify the date and time of opening the price Bid and consequently issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to open the price bid finalize the prices and allot such quantities as deemed appropriate to the eligible bidders on 08.06.2024.
