Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 27.02.2017 on merits within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the proposal sent by him dated 27.02.2017 on merits within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. By way of the said representation, the petitioner seeks for approval of his secretary ship in the Aruppukottai Town Devangar Arts College, Aruppukottai. It appears that there was some dispute between the parties culminating into failing of writ petitions. However, according to the petitioner as on date, nothing is pending before any Court. Since the present writ petition is filed only for the disposal of the representation of the petitioner, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the first respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
