C M.P.No.12967 of 2021 in A.S.No.678 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank the as appellants 2 and 3 in the above A.S.No.678 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, the application is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
