ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is doing business of interior designing products marketing for the past 25 years. Mr.Ramesh Kumar is a stranger to the petitioner and he never had any transaction with him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the complaint of Ramesh Kumar, the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police and gave an undertaking that during September 2020, an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- had been received for supply of tiles but so far, the materials have not been supplied and he had given an undertaking letter on 28.06.20201 stating that the payment would be made by July 2021 and thereafter, he had failed to make the payment and now filed this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submission and also perusing the letter dated 28.06.2021 given by Rameshkumar as well as the petitioner herein, who had admitted receipt of Rs.6,00,000/- and also non supply of tiles and thereafter, had given an undertaking to settle the amount during July 2021 and now, to avoid payment and further action, he has filed this petition, this Court finds no merit in the petitioner's submission. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
