This C.M.P. is filed to substitute the name of the petitioner viz., Krishnamurthy, S/o.Arunachala Nainar as the President representing the petitioner Society (1st respondent in C.R.P.) in the place of Dhandapani Nair in C.R.P.(NPD)No.1238 of 2017.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/revision petitioner, submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/revision petitioner, this C.M.P. is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 22.10.2021.
