The petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 07.09.2015 seeking issuance of patta placing reliance upon the order passed in Review Application (W) No.341 of 2014 in W.P.No.28420 of 2012 dated 18.08.2015 with respect to the Survey No.479/6 in Thalavadi Village. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd parties.
