These applications have been filed to permit the Applicant to produce photocopies of all the documents filed along with the Plaint namely Documents No.2 and 3 filed by the Applicant in C.S.No.206 of 2020 and to permit the Applicant to produce photocopies of all the documents filed along with the Plaint namely Document No.3 filed by the Applicant in C.S.No.216 of 2020. 2.This Court prima facie being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also after taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, is inclined to allow these applications. Therefore both the Applications stand ordered. Post the matter on 22.10.2021 before the learned Master for recording evidence.
