This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4588 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
