Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, more particularly the proceedings of the 4th respondent relating to his arbitrary remark called, 'Remark in Admissibility Report' made in No.P20/12016483/1/PPO No.R2016483/MED, dated 24.07.2015 together with his erroneous re-fixation and quash the same as null and void, illegal and invalid, and consequently directing the respondents to retain the petitioner's pay-scale at Rs.930034,800+Rs.4200/GP in the cadre of 'Electrician Grade-II' with Notional retrospective effect from 01.01.2006 and with monetary effect from 01.04.2013 as fixed by the 5th respondent as against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the eligible pay-scale of Rs.9300-34,800+Rs.4400/GP (Grade Pay) subject to the result of W.P.No.20351/2013 pending for adjudication in this Hon'ble Court and accordingly pay forthwith to the petitioner his gratuity and other allowances including the Pensional benefits together arrears with interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the delayed disbursement. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
