and rectify the anamolies pointed out in petitioners' representation and fix the pay scale of the petitioners' according to the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission.
For Petitioner in all Writ Petitions : Mr.A.M.Packianathan Easter For Respondents in all Writ Petitions : Mr.M.S.Ramesh, AGP C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners are working as Nursing Tutors Grade II in Tamil Nadu Nursing Service. It is the grievance of the petitioners that notwithstanding the recommendation made by the VI Pay Commission to revise the pay scale, follow up action was not taken by the second respondent. The petitioners have submitted representations on
01.12.2014 and 21.01.2015, requesting the first respondent to rectify the mistakes pointed out by them and fix the pay scale in accordance with the recommendation of VI Pay Commission. The present request is to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 01.12.2014 (W.P.No.3306 of 2015) and 21.01.2015 (W.P.No.8610, 8630, 8635, 8666, 8671, 8683, 8690, 8691, 8839 and 9067 of 2015), on merits and as per law, more particularly in the light of the recommendation made by the VI Pay Commission. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
