This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.572 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent to the CBCID.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the FIR in Crime No.572 of 2020, pending on the file of the second respondent police, has been enquired and has been closed. A closure report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve Refer Charge Sheet to the
petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
