ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has sought for change of name for the service connection.

Heard Mr.S.Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing counsel for Respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.03.2025 and do the needful, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
