ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31403 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to refix the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of District Revenue Officer and to include the name of the petitioner in the select list for the year 2023 and forward the same to the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, New Delhi.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
