ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 22.01.2026 to include the petitioner in the Murai Pooja days of 18th and 19th of every English month, grant father's Pooja Murai days 16 and 17, Privara Pooja days for 3 and 4, 1 and 2 by amending the proceedings No. 397 /2002 /1 dated 14.11.2024.

2. Though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
