Heard Mr.S.Balasubramanian , learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mrs.A.Sri Jayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. The petitioner's apprehension is that the respondent will close the TASMAC Shop bearing No.4308 and the bar at Plot No.83, Sri Balaji Nagar, Ram Nagar South, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600 100.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent-TASMAC, on instructions, submits that there is no proposal to close the said shop and bar. The said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent-TASMAC is placed on record.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
