Mr.S.Sathishkumar Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the Execution Petition i.e. E.P. No.5 of 2023 in O.S. No.33 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kattumannarkovil.

3.As seen from the averments contained in this Civil Revision Petition, there is an inordinate delay in the disposal of the Execution Petition.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Executing Court to dispose of the E.P. No.5 of 2023 in O.S. No.33 of 2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Kattumannarkovil to dispose of the E.P. No.5 of 2023 in O.S. No.33 of 2020, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
