ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme at Sri Mariamman Koil of Elangalapatti Post, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District on 08.06.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.05..2018.

2. The cultural programme is going to be held today as a part of the temple festival. This Court is unable to entertain the writ petition for two reasons. Firstly, the petitioner has not shown any proof for having approached the second respondent seeking permission. Secondly, when the function is going to be held today, the petitioner has approached this Court at the eleventh hour, and hence, this Court cannot entertain the writ petition, as the Government Pleader has to be given some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reasonable time to take instruction from the concerned police station.
