This petition has been filed seeking to amend the claim amount from Rs.10,00,000/- to Rs.15,00,000/- which was claimed earlier in MCOP.No.639 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Judge Court, Erode.

2. When this petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the said petition.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
