ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta exclusively in the name of the petitioner, in respect of its lands acquired title under Sale deed, dated 27.03.1965 registered as Document No.711 of 1967, situated in Old Survey No.6/2, 19/2 and 20, Pallapatti Village, Ward E, measuring 3.75 acres vide: representation, dated 07.05.2021. 2.

Heard Mr.AR.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.05.2021, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to produce all the documents to prove his claim over the subject property.
