This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.07.2022 made in W.P.No.19202 of 2022, under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2022 in W.P.No.19202 of 2022 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.m3/2253/2022 dated 05.12.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.
