When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the G.O.(2D).No.214, Home (PolVI) Department, dated 16.07.2025. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to take instructions from his client.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the pay anomaly has been fixed by virtue of the Government Order. If the petitioner is not satisfied with this Government Order, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same and work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
