We have heard Ms.Deepika Murali and Mr.A.Yogeswaran, respective learned counsel appearing for the individual petitioners, who have raised the same issue, which has already been raised by the writ petitioner.

Rather, they are asking for enlargement of scope of the writ petition and are going beyond the prayer made by the writ petitioner.

The same cannot be accepted.

2. We find that the public interest litigation has been filed in reference to the cause taken up by the writ petitioner and for the same cause, the impleadment is not required.

3. Accordingly, the above two miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
