This petition has been filed challenging the Closure Notice dated 29.11.2024 passed by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. After conducting a detailed enquiry, the second respondent closed the complaint, as no cognizable offence is made out to register the First Information Report, dated 29.11.2024. If at all there is any grievance over the Closure Notice passed by the second respondent, the petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional court by way of a private complaint. Therefore, it need not be challenged. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
