The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.01.2015.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint dated 12.01.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 09.03.2015. A copy of the closure report has been submitted.
