This application is filed seeking permission of this Court to sell the property mentioned in the schedule in O.P.No.619 of 2014.
2. It is an undisputed fact that letters of Administration has been granted in favour of the petitioners by an Order of this Court dated 18.01.2017. The second petitioner is the sister-in-law of the first petitioner and third petitioner is the sister of the first petitioner.
3. Now, it is the contention of the applicants that the third petitioner is hospitalized and is in dire need of funds and in order to meet the hospital expenses, the property has to be sold. Hence, this application has been filed seeking permission to sell the property.
4. Originally, the petitioners have filed a petition for grant of letters of administration in favour of the first petitioner for which the second and third petitioners have given power in favour of the first petitioner. The learned
counsel for the petitioners submitted that the power given by the second and third petitioners in favour of the first petitioner is still in force. The second and third petitioners have filed an affidavit that the power given to the first petitioner is still in force and the affidavits are taken on record, they have no objection for sale.
