This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to released the Car KL 46 G 8998 as per the order passed by the 1st respondent by his proceeding Na.Ka.No.2184/2013KG.G3 dated 06.03.2015.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the vehicle has been released and the receipt of the same has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication as the relief sought for in the writ petition is complied with.
