ORDER

Apprehending threat of the proposed agitation from one Seenu and others, the petitioner has sought for police protection from the respondents through a complaint dated 16.06.2017. Since complaint was not considered by the respondents, it necessitated the petitioner to file the present writ petition seeking for direction to the respondents to provide police protection.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted and pursuant to the same, it is found that there is no threat to the petitioner, since permission seeking for the proposed agitation from one Seenu and others was refused by the respondents/police. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that on written instructions from the respondents, as of now, both the parties are not creating any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disturbance in the disputed land and hence, there is no necessity to extend the police protection.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
