Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records with respect to the impugned G.O.(Ms)No.26, Youth Welfare and Sports Development (S1) Department dated 12.07.2016 issued by the first respondent and consequent notification of the second respondent dated 13.10.2016 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7175/EM2/2016 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents and their men to convene the sports competition for CM Trophy for the year 2016-2017 by fixing the maximum age limit for the sports persons as 25 years.
